The Eurostar, my favourite train. We left Brussels early in the morning and arrived in our amazing hotel 'The Savoy' around noon. I love exploring beautiful hotels, but this one exceeded all my expectations: luxurious, great food and incredibly friendly staff!
We went for a quick lunch at Kasper's Seafood Bar & Grill then getting ready and off to the concert cause it's a long drive by cab. Entering the stadium went easy and we met a lot of nice people while waiting to get into the pit: Paul and his brother from Germany and Jessica and Frank from the USA. After the concert we went back to the hotel and spend some time in the bar. Some members of the band and crew stayed in our hotel as well. It's always nice to see them, but we went to bed early as the bar was crowded with fans and we had a long travel back home the day after.
We had lunch at the Savoy Grill, which was excellent and then my lovely Ronnie had a great surprise for me. We got a ride in the Rolls Royce from the hotel. We went to the Stones merchandise pop up in Selfridges and got us some nice goods. Afterwards quickly back to Saint Pancras for our Eurostar to Brussels.
